Please be aware of, and report any fraudulent, unauthorized solicitation regarding the SNMMI 2023 Annual Meeting. If you receive a call or email from any company that is not our official registration and/or housing provider (Maritz Global Events), please contact us immediately at meetinginfo@snmmi.org.
Beware of Unauthorized Housing Providers
SNMMI works with our official housing company each year to establish discounted room blocks for our meeting attendees. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or housing provider other than the official SNMMI Annual Meeting housing company (Maritz Global Events) is not approved by SNMMI. For your own protection, we encourage you to only make your Annual Meeting reservations using our official housing company.

Unauthorized List Sales
Please also be aware of, and report any fraudulent, unauthorized solicitation regarding SNMMI 2023 Annual Meeting attendee list sales. SNMMI partners exclusively with "INFOCUS Marketing" to offer our Annual Meeting attendee list exclusively to Annual Meeting exhibiting companies. Attendees select to opt-in/opt-out of these third party communications at the time of registration to the meeting, and SNMMI complies with current privacy compliance regulations, including GDPR. SNMMI does NOT share our exhibitor, membership, or attendee lists with any outside companies other than our official vendor. If you receive a call or email from any company other than INFOCUS Marketing or that is offering to sell you an SNMMI Annual Meeting Attendee list, please contact us immediately at meetinginfo@snmmi.org.
