SNMMI New Orleans Registration Information
See below for important information about the process.
Why was the in-person SNMMI Annual Meeting canceled?
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was determined that it was in everyone's best interest that we cancel the in-person meeting in New Orleans. The current and projected situation in Louisiana made it impossible for us to move forward, with any degree of confidence, to host a safe and productive in-person meeting in June.
Additional Resources
I’ve already paid the registration fee for this meeting. What are my options?
You have several options:
- Given that many institutions are cutting educational funds next year, you can have your registration fee rolled over to next year’s Annual Meeting or other SNMMI meetings of your choice.
- You can donate your registration fee to the SNMMI Annual Fund, and your donation will go to support programs and projects aimed at ensuring the future of nuclear medicine and molecular imaging. SNMMI is a 501(c)(3) organization, and your donation is tax deductible per current IRS regulations.
- You can request a full refund. SNMMI has adjusted its published policy for the SNMMI 2020 Annual Meeting only and is refunding registration fees in full for attendees, on request. SNMMI will process refund requests as they are received. This process may take several weeks, and we thank you in advance for your patience.
How do I let you know what I would like to do with my registration fee?
Please email us at your earliest convenience at registration@snmmi.org. Please include your full name and SNMMI membership ID, if you have it available, and indicate whether you would like to roll over your registration fee, donate it to SNMMI, or receive a refund.
If I request a refund, how will my refund be processed?
In most instances, registrations will be processed by the Form of Payment used. Registrations paid by credit card will be refunded to the credit card used. Registrations paid by check will be refunded via a check. In the event the refund cannot be processed via credit card, the refund will be processed via check.
Will I get a confirmation once the refund is processed?
Yes. An email confirmation will be sent once the refund has been processed.
What do exhibitors do if they have already paid for booth space?
SNMMI is in the process of communicating directly with exhibiting companies.
